http://www.jsonline.com/news/statepolitics/elections-panel-to-use-sampling-to-check-for-duplicate-signatures-8u43ne7-138861719.htmlMadison - Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald said Tuesday he will challenge more than 3,000 recall signatures - enough to prevent a recall election against him if state officials agree.
Fitzgerald made the comments Tuesday as the state Government Accountability Board disclosed it is taking a new path on building databases of people who have signed recall petitions and that it is considering using statistical sampling to determine how frequently duplicate names have appeared on the petitions.
The board is reviewing whether enough signatures were submitted last month to recall Fitzgerald, Gov. Scott Walker and four other Republicans.

(16,079 posts)He has to hire attorneys for these challenges, and there isn't any guarantee that he'll even win! So, he must be counting on the Koch brothers to provide him with the money.

Plus if you do not return the postcard they can claim you do not live at your address when you go to vote. And you will have to prove you live there or be given a provisional ballot to vote on. They are counted last if they actually get counted at all.
