Related: About this forumScott Walker takes back $720 of Capitol Police chief's raise

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that Walker's administration is acknowledging it acted improperly in retroactively raising Chief David Erwin's pay by 11.7 percent.
However, the reversal only affects the retroactive portion of his pay raise. Erwin will continue to receive the higher salary of $111,067 going forward. That is up from the $99,387 he was paid at the time he was hired in July 2012.
The disclosure came in an email from the chief counsel for the Department of Administration sent Wednesday to an attorney for the Legislature.
The acknowledgment of a mistake came after the Walker administration insisted it followed state rules in giving the retroactive raise to Erwin as part of a transfer to a phantom job and then back to his current post. State policy says pay raises to state officials can be retroactive only in very limited circumstances, such as to correct errors.

How stupid does the Wanker clan think the public is??? Taking back $720.00---> a token of guilt, stupidity & absurdity!!

handed that is.
And he doesn't even put it all back. You'd think if this morons were smart they'd just give Chief Erwin a sack of Koch cash.
