Leaving 0.7 bill out of Queens speech shows Camerons weakness + lurch to right. + yet another eg of @nick_clegg's impotence.#brokenpromise @ivan_lewis MP
He fails to forget that the world willl not be a better place automatically with 0.7% legislation and that aid is not a silver bullet and that voters dont like such pledges. Not to mention Labour big heads like Lord West dont like foreign aid.
