You may want to change the DU time zone you use to 'GMT-1' (now fixed)

DU appears to have used the American date for daylight savings across the whole world - see http://www.democraticunderground.com/124060150 . Unless the server has been fixed after I write this - see if it looks like the times are displaying OK for you.

so that we change at 1am GMT, 2 am Central European Time, and so on, on the same day.

This page lists when various countries change. There isn't a single date that dominates, but, because the EU has coordinated (and I think all the non-EU European countries have gone with them too), it's probably the most common date in terms of number of countries.
