UPDATE (2): A man from the USA has been charged with child abduction, grooming and sexual activity with a child after a 14-year-old Cornish girl went missing from her home.
David Telles, 38, from California, USA, has been charged with the offences and was remanded in custody to appear before Exeter Magistrates' Court today, June 19.
UPDATE (1): A missing 14-year-old girl from Cornwall has been found safe and well in Clyst Honiton, near Exeter. A 38-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of grooming and child abduction and has been taken to Heavitree Road police station for questioning.
Police had asked for the public’s help to help trace the girl, who went missing from her home in Launceston on Sunday night.
