and hang with little nooses from our favorite slumlord's real estate sign.

I imagine an enormous poisoning project is going to take place to reduce their numbers, at the very least, so I'd suggest people keep their cats indoors and supervise their dogs when they're out in the garden.

I feel sorry for them, I never got over my disgust for rats. One of my studios was down an alley cul de sac lined on both sides with open trash cans. Throwing rocks at the cans to clear the rats away used to be the only way to make it in safely.
