If Democrats regain control of the CO state senate- Garcia will become CO state senate President. Garcia's state senate district is based in Pueblo,CO- located in Southern CO. Pueblo narrowly went for Trump-R. Pueblo is in CO-3rd CD. Garcia is Hispanic, Iraq War Veteran and a Paramedic. Garcia is not old like Hickenlooper and Perlmutter.
