Anyone that uses IE deserves whatever they get.

The flaw affects IE 6 through 11. Versions 6-8 work on Windows XP, but like XP, those versions of Microsofts browser no longer get security updates. That means, if you are using IE on XP, youre vulnerable, with no hope in sight.
Anyone using IE should be using version 9 or newer any way.
