Greetings, long time no see. I've kept out of trouble for a while.

Can anyone tell me how many sites--and people I can block in Hotmail?
I am getting tons of junk lately and would like to block the sites permanently.
I wonder if there is a limit to the number I can block and also, is there a way in Hotmail to see who I have blocked?
Have tried to Google for the answers but no luck.
Thanks, PR

Hi,

Thanks for posting your concern. We do have a limit for the number included in the Blocked Sender List which is 500. It seems that you have blocked a lot of email addresses but we don't think that everything was included, as what you see in the list. Hotmail only allow 500 email address in your Blocked Sender List.

Looking for other answer.

Inbox>Options>Safe and blocked senders>Blocked senders

Click Inbox, then Options, then Safe and blocked senders, then you should see it.

By the way, I would recommend signing up for the Outlook.com support forums. They seem very helpful, if a tad slow.

the "from" address in the spam is not who sent the spam, that is just the address the spammer put in that field.

The most accurate spam filtering is done by the IP address of the sending machine. Unfortunately, most web-based email services will not let you filter on IP addresses of the sending machine.
