1. If your printer isn't WiFi enabled, then you might be able to send through your router.

If you router is the right type, a USB printer cable from it to the printer can send data from your laptop through the router to the printer.

Some, but not all, routers will do that.

You might want to check the user guide or Google search for the ATT router you use.
