What is a "rundll" error, and how do you fix it?

This error keeps popping up on my computer screen, and it is BEYOND annoying.

Is it a file not found? A missing entry? Unable to load some.DLL?

...windows starts. If you can tell us which program/service is trying to start, we can tell you where to get the file.

but I think it occurs when I'm playing a game (Mafia Wars) on Facebook.

...Flash player or what ever you use.

Also...Maybe it has something to do with "Mafia Wars" and the term Windows "Execute"
