Generally speaking, what is the easiest way to get rid of tool bars without
destroying the computer.
I have a PC, and after my kids used my computer, I noticed I have some new tool bars I don't need.

If you just want to hide the toolbars, you can usually click View->Toolbars and deselect the items that you don't want to see. (Note, that's in Firefox - it should be similar in IE).
The other, better, option would be to uninstall them using the Add/Remove Programs (WinXP) or Programs and Features (Vista, Win7) tool in the Windows Control Panel.
One other thing: some toolbars install malware onto your machine, so it wouldn't hurt to run a full AV/anti-malware scan after you've removed the toolbars.

I think my kids were on a tool bar frenzy. I had five tool bars on my screen today.
