Anybody familiar with “System Content” virus--or it is called "Delayed Write Failed" virus?

It got my laptop last Friday when I was on my Yahoo email. Yes, I had virus protection software running—obviously it didn’t catch it.
Windows kept popping up, saying “Windows—delayed write failed.” Then a “System Check” window came up, saying My computer had 4 errors, System drive 1 error, etc. Tried to get me to “purchase the full version of the the product” (“Buy now” button)—which I didn’t.

I took the computer to Best Buy, then left it with a local PC store, Computer Clinic.

Remove System Check (Uninstall Guide) http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-system-check

A simple Google search term of "remove (insert rogue virus name here)" will usually reveal several guides for removal. Your local computer guy will likely follow a similar (if not the same) guide and charge you $$$$$$

Removal wasn't too difficult. Repairing the damage was a major pain.
It hid all the programs and settings.
Malwarebytes Antimalware, Microsoft Security Essentials and finally the Windows Defender boot disk.
Then a System Restore.
