Firefox plugin to eliminate the Kardashians?

Not literally, but you get the idea. While I can locate FoxReplace, which will change the text on a webpage with your choice of words, I'm really after an extension that will completely hide links containing keywords. Short of becoming a GreaseMonkey guru, I don't see any way of doing this.

DU has a 'hide threads by keyword' feature (which I advocated for years!), so I can't believe there isn't something similar available for widespread application.
