FIREFOX video and flash player question?

Can anyone suggest if this FIREFOX video and flash add-on is good and worth getting? I have WINDOWS 7

"version 1.80 - FireFox 44.* & SeaMonkey 2.29.* Compatible"

FF is at version 45.0.2 now,but I can't see that it would hurt to try it even if you had to uninstall.
