.CERBER , .CERBER2 or .CERBER3?

Its not looking good after 1.5 hours of reading.Fixes come out and the hackers fix their stuff same day to prevent decryption.

I ran the scan then tried restore, it restored, but all my files are either blank or garbled.
I'm running another scan.
