Script errors
Last edited Sun Apr 29, 2012, 01:13 PM - Edit history (1)
I now get daily 'script error' messages when loading websites. Mostly happens at the end of the day. Suggestions? Also lately my computer shuts down and restarts for no apparent reason lately, again it is when I surf to a new website. Thanks in advance.

(10,005 posts)This is for use on a flash drive. On your first run do an update first and then scan the flashdrive to make sure it is clean then do a quick scan of your machine. Hopefully this clear your machine.
Another very helpful app to run (monthly) is DiskCleanup. Found in the programs->accessories->system tools folder.

If you don't have a flashdrive handy just download regular version.

(53 posts)1: Assuming you just use whatever antivirus came with the computer (or came from your ISP), check if the subscription has expired, and either renew it or replace it with a free antivirus. Whatever you do, keep your antivirus updated and check it regularly.
2: Install, update, and run at least one anti-malware program, in addition to your antivirus.
