cannot access network drive in Windows 10 pro

I can access on computers running Win 7, Win 10, but not this one running Win 10 pro, I've tried both wired and wireless connections, although I can still access USB drives plugged in the USB port on the router, just not this drive

Are you the owner of all of these computers?
--a computer you have from your may not see your home network if it configured a certain way and connects to the network at your office
How is this HDD attached to your network?
--shared from a pc
--connected to a router or gateway on your home network
--mounted in a server or NAS device
How are you trying to connect to the HDD on your network?

Then you want to do things a little different when connecting to your home network. No sense in any of us wasting time explaining it until we hear more about your use case. Let us know more details, then we can help.
