Preferred Podcast App for iPhone?

So I'm big into podcast and starting to have trouble keeping up with new episodes vs what I've already listened to.

I started with the Podcast app on the iPhone and it wasn't bad ... switched to Overcast and it doesn't seem to be any better, played around with Stitcher yesterday and it didn't seem as good as either of the other two.

Looking for a recommendation ... I need to pick one and just live with it.

If you have a favorite - I'd to know what it is and, if you don't mind, why you like it.

Thanks in Advance

But it does what I want, mostly. Primarily that is it keeps my feeds updated and it allows me to create prioritized playlists.

Fairly new to podcasts and Castbox happened to be the first app i tried. Have since briefly explored a few others, like Spotify and Stitcher but am more comfortable with Castbox.

What i like: when browsing/searching, the results are listed, with the sebscribe button able to toggle, so you dont have to go to each program to subscribe, can do in bulk.

Then, i download the shows i want, and it will delete after listening (but thats an option you set). You can set whether and how many new eps will auto download.

I use the free version. The only reason i had to explore others was that some (very few) shows are only avail on other platforms.

Caveat: not a power-user by any means.

PS: what are your favorite podcasts?
