I got my parents, brother and a friend of mine to put Team Viewer on their computers. That way I can deal with their issues and all they have to do is click on an icon and read me the username and password.
It's been wonderful and saved me a lot of driving time.

has microsoft's 'troubleshoot this problem' ever actually correctly diagnosed any problem.. ever? or is it just there to make us feel better?
