I'm not sure if it's something you can only use 3 times, or if it only does a sample file, but they have good products:

DeVeDe produces disk images ready for authoring to CD or DVD, and allows to burn them to CD/DVD discs. The actual work in DeVeDe is done by Mplayer, MEncoder/FFMpeg, DVDAuthor, VCDImager and MKisofs, and can use K3b or Brasero to burn an ISO image on Ubuntu, or a variety of other software on Windows.

Because DeVeDe uses Mplayer, and MEncoder/FFMpeg, it supports the conversion of many popular file formats, including .avi, .mp4, .mpg, and .mkv. This is by no means a full list of supported file formats.

Should be able to do it. I've always had excellent results with that program.

However, it isn't actively developed anymore so pokerfan's DeVeDe may be a better choice. I'm glad to see a newer option and am going to test that program he suggested out.
