Happening in both IE10 and Chrome.

Weirdly enough, refresh brings up the page correctly.

I normally wouldn't think twice about it, but I'm also having an issue where Google's main search page is taking up to 10 seconds to load.

Couple all of this with what we've been reading regarding the NSA and it's spiked my curiosity AND paranoia.
