Man Tries To Fight Off Robbers With Cans Of Spam

A man lost his wallet despite clocking a pair of robbers with a bag of Spam early Wednesday morning.

Police say the victim told them he bought some food at a gas station and was heading home along Roger Road around 12:15 a.m. when two men approached. One of the robbers pulled a gun, and at that point, the victim hit his assailants with a bag of Spam.

The robbers still managed to get away with the victim's wallet.

He was not hurt.

By all means, search around there and show us the posts you've implied

I'll have time to rewrite the Oxford English Dictionary into Morse code while you're doing so...

"Preventing Gun Violence Through Effective Messaging"

https://s3.amazonaws.com/s3.documentcloud.org/documents/748675/gun-violencemessaging-guide-pdf-1.pdf

#1: ALWAYS FOCUS ON EMOTIONAL AND VALUE-DRIVEN
ARGUMENTS ABOUT GUN VIOLENCE, NOT THE POLITICAL
FOOD FIGHT IN WASHINGTON OR WONKY STATISTICS.

It’s critical that you ground your messaging around gun violence prevention by making that
emotional connection. Don’t skip past emotional arguments and lapse into a passionless public policy voice. And don’t make the gun violence debate seem as if it is a political “food fight” between two interest groups.

How's that been working for you lately?

Again, the victim was still robbed, so playing Big Papi with canned pork was useless.

I think your own words explain your attitude:

43. As a former robber, I locked the door to keep people out, especially police.
