A man lost his wallet despite clocking a pair of robbers with a bag of Spam early Wednesday morning.
Police say the victim told them he bought some food at a gas station and was heading home along Roger Road around 12:15 a.m. when two men approached. One of the robbers pulled a gun, and at that point, the victim hit his assailants with a bag of Spam.
The robbers still managed to get away with the victim's wallet.
He was not hurt.

ARGUMENTS ABOUT GUN VIOLENCE, NOT THE POLITICAL
FOOD FIGHT IN WASHINGTON OR WONKY STATISTICS.
Its critical that you ground your messaging around gun violence prevention by making that
emotional connection. Dont skip past emotional arguments and lapse into a passionless public policy voice. And dont make the gun violence debate seem as if it is a political food fight between two interest groups.
How's that been working for you lately?
