Former Cop Arrested Three Times In 11 Hours
A former Connecticut police officer who appeared in court on a drink-driving charge was arrested three more times in the next 11 hours.
John Biehn, of Southington, was charged with two more drink-driving offences and with shoplifting at a Walmart in Wallingford.
Police say Biehn, a former Bridgeport officer, posted bond after each arrest.
His appearance at Rockville Superior Court related to a drink-driving charge dating from 26 July.
The 39-year-old was arrested in the car park of a Rockville McDonald's restaurant shortly after leaving court.
He was then stopped again and charged with drink-driving in Wallingford.
A few hours after that he was arrested at the Walmart store on theft charges.
