Any independent that signs an affidavit saying they are a democrat and then votes a provisional ballot today is BREAKING THE LAW and trying to subvert the democratic voting process!

Sanders did agree to participate in the Democratic party and has refused to honor the agreement being an outsider and all. Since he's crashing the party by running outside his party affiliation and refuses to raise and share donations with the down-ticket candidates, which was part of the agreement with the DNC... maybe they should just kick him out.

He and particularly his wife have been accusing Clinton of collusion, fraud and illegal fundraising...

They seem to want it their way and nobody else can do anything if it isn't their way.

And explaining in all the states rules and requirements instead of pushing for big rally numbers. Can't imagine how Sanders would govern with this destruction of peace.

Question: Is there a difference between affidavit ballots in NY and provisional ballots? If there is a difference, shouldn't IND try and cast a provisional ballot in the hope it might get counted?

If you are not registered Democrat in NY and did not change your affiliation before the deadline GO VOTE BY PROVISIONAL BALLOT
Tell the poll worker you are not a registered Democrat and will cast a provisional ballot for a democratic presidential candidate in anticipation of the ruling on CV16-1892, an emergency case presented before the federal district court to make the primary open.
Get out and vote and do not let them turn you away! Call your local election office if you have problems and let them know you want to vote via provisional ballot pending the case ruling.
Do not sign any paper saying you registered as a Democrat before the deadline! If they want you to sign documents take your time and read them carefully!

I was a poll watcher in one election. This is done so as to not prevent anyone from voting.

Provisional Ballots are sealed in an envelope and dealt with after the election on an individual basis.

If they are going to do this in large numbers, it will really create long lines which just give them all something else to complain about and cry about more voter fraud.

They are really desperate at this point.
