Judge said they individual voters had a recourse, see a judge if they felt their registration was wrong, just like the rules state.

The NY Board of Election said they weren't the proper defendant for this, the judge told the plaintiff to amend the suit and instead sue each individual county election board.

Plaintiff's went with a birther reply of "but the judge didn't dismiss it, so it's still alive!".

So far, crickets are chirping. My prediction: some kindly wise judge will rule that provisional ballots can be used until the voters' party registrations are verified... As is always done.
