Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forumThey really hate us right now.
I mean us, personally. We the members of the Hillary group.
I want to call out anyone who has been acting with ill grace in the wake of Hillary's victory tonight. A joke at Sanders' expense is okay, but taunting, teasing, belittling, acting negatively toward our Bernie-supporting fellows here on DU should be avoided. Not because because we need to bring them in, not because we particularly need to look good, but just because it's the right thing to do.
That being said, I haven't seen any Sanders supporters accuse us of any specific forum-related behavior that they have not personally afflicted me with on multiple occasions.

(3,580 posts)I stay out of GDP currently.
I'm not going to fight with people who don't believe the math.
That being said, ID vote for Bernie over a GOP in a GE and you never know what could happen between now and November. If for some reason Hillary is unable to get the nomination, Bernie has the $ to go up against the GOP. I'm not mad at him or most of his supporters although on du some Bernie supporters have made me lol and I suspect the next few days are going to be a flood of links to Alex Jones and breitbart about how Hillary is the devil.

"In a speech to supporters, in which she declared that "victory is in sight" in the race for the nomination, Clinton reached out to those who had backed Sanders, saying, "I believe there is much more that unites us than divides us."

ETA. I noticed that many HRC supporters here don't even visit GD or GDP anymore and have taken the stance to trash those forums until the primaries are over. I've trashed them.
In fact, there's only three DU forums I visit: AA Group, HRC Group, and BOG. That's it.

(4,640 posts)they're just being more obvious about it now.
Having said that, I avoid GDPee like the plague, because it makes my ulcer act up. I only ever go in there to post something in support, and it's usually quite vanilla.

(23,691 posts)I read the other 2 forums, but won't post in GDP because there is no point. They are in lock step in their belief that:
HRC is dishonest, a liar, corrupt and in the pocket of big banks. That all the elections she has won have been rigged or were in the south (not sure what they are implying), all the military actions this country has ever undertaken are HRC's fault; she has blood on her hands.
Facts and fact based comments are not accepted nor wanted and bring out the worst of their behavior. So I will continue to post here supporting our candidate and at times, commenting on the falsities and ridiculousness of their posts.

I hope they calm down too and accept the facts finally.
They can continue to rant on the net, but I'm out - it's over.
