It's inconceivable to me that he didn't realize what he was communicating when he continually repeated that claim about the "deep South, " and the "confederacy."

That 35% seems to be engaged only to the extent that there's a rally.
Those voters: minorities and women are the most loyal and reliable Democratic Party voters. Shit on them and you lose. Sanders is learning this hard lesson. "Bernie Bros." won't win you elections.

(24,577 posts)and over 50, and I have not been amused at the attitude of some of the Bernie supporters to either group. One Bernie guy here said that boomers shouldn't vote because our education was so dated we didn't understand the current world. Arrogant prick!!

I've always thought New Orleans and New York were a LOT alike, except in NOLA the food and music are better.
