I imagine it might be a bit of an abusive relationship.

. . . Bernie goes under his own bus.

That's what happens when you create an uncontrollable monster, as the Republicans have learned this past decade.

Let me guess..he looked at the numbers after NY and correctly saw that Bernie has no shot so now he in the devil incarnate?

Many Sanders supporters who listen to his show are livid because Thom "has continually promoted that he thinks Hillary has 'actually moved to the left on many things because of Bernie...' and that she has seen the light so to speak...and that he trusts her to have changed somewhat and, as the astute politician that she is, will feel which way the wind is blowing and will adopt more leftist aspects to her political programs."

Hartmann is the one who featured him on his nationally syndicated radio show for over 10 years, dubbed him "America's Congressman" and created a segment on his show called Brunch with Bernie where he would give Sanders the microphone like he was the Oracle of Delphi, to dispense his opinion of where the country ought to be. Check out this fawning profile he has of Sanders on his show's website: http://www.thomhartmann.com/people/bernie-sanders Yes, the profile actually says Sanders was a"practical" and "successful legislator."

Here's a segment from back in 2005 back when the show was on the now defunct Air America, where Rachel got her start, back when I used to listen to the show:

Air America -- Thom Hartmann, Randi Rhodes, Al Franken, etc -- got me through living in that dismally backward state. Then it was all down hill in about 2006 or so... I remember Randi's nasty comments about Hillary and just being repulsed. Anyhow... "Bounce your boobs."

Once again, I have to insist upon a separate bus for those of us who never shilled for Bernie. I have my standards!

This is just turning out to be sad. Bernie can't even live up to this mythical cartoon they have created in their minds.
