Saw this and thought it worth sharing, since PP took so much crap for endorsing Hillary.
Damien who describes himself as a opinionated, big brother, mentor wrote on his Tumblr page recently about providing advice to a teen whose single mom brought him in.

When a commenter linked to the post and wrote, It is the parents duty to have the talk with their kids, not a government funded organization that murders babies, Damien slapped him back.
First of all f*cktruck: I am not a government employee. My wages are not paid by the government, He replied. Second: zero babies have ever been murdered in a planned parenthood. I didnt say a god damn word about abortion but you had to get your f*cking tighty whiteys in a bunch because an organization that you know nothing about is doing good things for millions of people and you hate it. Shut your face up about shit you dont understand you f*cking dump truck.

(15,696 posts)I wish we lived in a world where bullies could be reasoned with, but we don't. The really sad thing is that bullies like that guy are the ones who used call their pregnant girlfriends whores and claim the baby is not theirs. Yea for DNA testing!

(1,359 posts)You stand up to a bully with confidence. Maybe get some friends to back you up. Satire always works well, because bullies HATE being laughed at.
What you don't do is fight a bully with bully tactics. "Never argue with an idiot. They just drag you down to their level and beat you with experience." Considering that most trolls live for the reaction and not the argument, it only plays into their hands to get riled up and fire back.
Just my opinion, not trying to be stubborn about it. I think my point is just that using their tactics gives the media and outsiders an excuse to say, "Oh, well they're both just the same." I think we'd be better off striving to be the adults, especially when the other side is so obviously striving to be the children.
