It appears Hillary voters were more disenfranchised in Brooklyn. HRC ROOM

Contrary to what we are reading on DU the vast majority of purged voters came not from Sanders strongholds but Clinton strongholds.

THIS WAS DONE ON PURPOSE! PEOPLE AT THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS NEED TO GO TO JAIL.

Most of those who were purged came from heavily African American neighborhoods, not Sanders areas. Here in southern Brooklyn which is still predominantly white and suprisingly went to Sanders, we did not have have the issues they had in areas like Brownsville Brooklyn.

THEY NEED TO ALLOW THE AFFIDAVIT BALLOTS TO BE COUNTED HERE. They will tell the story.

Whole blocks were purged and they were not in Sanders areas. Clinton Hill went to Hillary because of a large African American population but they had a whole block purged from the roll.

I know that Sanders supporters want to continue the meme that Sanders supporters were targeted but it is bull. Sanders neighborhoods in Brooklyn did not have the problem on the level Clinton's did.

My friends at Kings County/Brooklyn headquaters tell me people are in trouble and the assumption is this was done on purpose.

If it was truly voter purges, then someone needs to go to jail. If it was as I have been saying all along that people just didn't pay attention to the rules and couldn't vote because they didn't register Democrat, then tough.

There needs to be fine tuning with voter registration.

All American citizens are automatically registered to vote with opt out available.

Interfacing with motor vehicle to automatically update address, transferring voter registration from state to state or city to city. Software needs to provide confirmation of specific action such as party affiliation. It should show current status and specify confirmation or ask if a change is desired.

Allow voting even if voter has moved by providing confirmation. They should have the option of voting at the voting location with full slate of candidates or at old location but limited to elections at county level or above. Or city and above if in city.

Provide necessary funding for elections.

Review the laws in each state regarding the conduct of elections and determine what would work better.

Disenfranchisement efforts are meant to keep power in Republican hands. Communities with high minority demographics tend to vote Democrat.

Just like in Arizona when it was the poor Latino vote that would have voted for Hillary. They've already told us whose votes count in this election. It is only disenfranchisement when it happens to them.

The hypocrisy is stunning. They care not one whit about irregularities unless they are impacted. The free for all attitude regarding the caucuses in which so many Hillary supporters were unable to get representation is gleefully celebrated. I can never forget the way they disrespected and booed Dolores Huerta and John Lewis. They have no sense of proportion, history or the people who have been on the front lines fighting for their rights.

Those who didn't register as Dems in time and wanted to vote for BS have no one to blame but themselves.

They should have done their homework.
