I'm trying to figure this out

More and more Sanders supporters in GDP have pivoted to the "Yeah, well if we get Clinton then she'll lose to Trump" mode of discussion. I think they are realizing the math is not in their favor.

My question is this:

Is this some form of bargaining? I'm trying to determine this stage of grief.

People think that all the smears ought to have work
and compared to other candidate supporters we are quieter and less flashy!
So we are to them an unlikely bunch and force.
But a force we are!!

WE ARE READY! FOR HER!

To watch media and read people online, you'd come away with the impression that Hillary has a total of 10 supporters. It's pretty funny when people are shocked that she got more votes than all the candidates combined. I guess people really buy into the myth that there's no enthusiasm for her.

All of my friend who live in NYC have been saying the same thing. They thought they were the only ones supporting Hillary in their neighborhood until last Tuesday and it turned out their blocks went for Hillary!

Bernie Followers are loud, pushy and few.

The Pope probably told him in secret and they he told all the BS ers in secret that after he takes Hillary down that he will have great power over Trump given to him by his not so chance hallway meeting with the Pope.

An inward-gazing version of "Well, Self, you tried ... you told them, you were right all along, they just wouldn't listen."

Taken as a stand-alone and isolated example, something like this is not quite what I'd call bargaining... but it's also not quite what I'd call acceptance.

This seems to be something that's approaching acceptance ... but they still need to make themselves feel as though THEY are the mythical Cassandra, having predicted a future that nobody would believe.

Perhaps they are bargaining with themselves rather than bargaining with outside forces and/or reality.

This is someone who's just "window shopping" outside the acceptance store. They're just considering the acceptance stage. They aren't quite ready to walk in and try it on for size.

I'm sure there is the "I told you so!" hope in there somewhere.

That seems very childlike, though, doesn't it? I told you the country would go to hell if you didn't support Bernie, so there!

touting those GE matchups as if they meant anything. What have they been doing here all this time, to not know that a candidate not already vetted nationally, will be hit hard, and GE polls that far out mean nothing much anyway.

Mind boggling.

It's over.

The bell has tolled.

There is no more credible Bernie Sanders, the wannabe presidential candidate. There is no longer a viable Sanders campaign. There is only his disillusioned and demoralized followers who are floundering and leaderless. They've been reduced to spluttering fantastical conspiracy theories to explain their losses. They've invented scary boogeymen that pop out out their fevered imaginations at random, and now they've raving mad and blaming everyone else for their misfortune.
