Titling OPs with that sentiment.
And they still call this sewer Democratic Underground? I've been here since 2001, and I am appalled at what is going on here and what is being allowed to be posted by Sanders zealots.

(4,311 posts)I alerted on a post that was a clear violation of TOS - advocating for a 3rd party run. The post was allowed to stand by a jury, and one of the jurors even posted that they KNEW it was a violation of TOS and did it as "payback" for Hillary supporters being allowed back on the site after being alert-stalked and put on time out.
So I alerted on the results. Nothing.
So I posted in ATA with links and all the info - and Skinner's skipped it in his latest batch of replies in ATA. The original thread is still open - it's here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1251&pid=1802067
So I'm not sure much is going to be done to enforce the rules of DU until after the primaries. Maybe Skinner's just given up on it until then. I hate to ascribe him more sinister motives (like that he's allowing this to take place for more pageviews and more money) so I am choosing to believe he will do a solid clampdown after the primaries are over.

(2,550 posts)I only now post in their threads to correct them when they say he has a path.
He does not.
Sanders lost a lot of will from me and made me also realize a segment of the population is out of touch with the gravity of a presidential election.
We're either going to have a Republican or a Democrat choose the next supreme court nominee.

(30,058 posts)I laughed at them. If those supporting Sanders thinks he will get the Delegates Hillary has won, not the way it works, she will have tob release them and I doubt it will be to Sanders.

(50,560 posts)Strange thing is, for a guy who's as much into election-law reform as Sanders is, he has the damndest time following the law we currently have of anyone I've ever seen.

(50,560 posts)There are four BIG problems with Bernie's financials.
Problem 1: over-the-limit contributions, which he's getting in two ways: single checks in excess of FEC single-election limits, and cumulative donations that total more than the limit.
Problem 2: he's receiving many donations from out-of-US addresses that haven't been verified as belonging to a US citizen. It's okay if Frank Smith, US citizen who lives in Seoul, wants to donate money to a campaign...but Frank has to file a form that says he's really an American. Bernie's donors aren't doing that.
http://www.thepeoplesview.net/main/2016/3/14/bernie-sanders-potentially-illegal-campaign-contributions
Problem 3: Bernie's phonebankers are registering all the donations they collect under their own names. That makes things a LOT easier paperwork-wise...it also makes it easier to camouflage donations from foreign nationals living in the US, or from industries Bernie doesn't really like (Wall Street, petroleum, large corporations), or from PEOPLE Bernie doesn't really like.
Problem 4: Pope Stalking is not a necessary part of any political campaign, but Bernie paid for his trip to do it with campaign contributions.

I hope to gods that DU is in no way a reflection of the real world any more, because here it sits, ripping at the Democratic frontrunner, carrying buckets of slime for the GOP.
