Jane Sanders agrees with Trump on delegate woes.....here we go again ......

http://www.politico.com/story/2016/04/jane-sanders-donald-trump-delegates-222605

Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders’ campaigns agree on something: The Democratic Party hasn’t been fair to Sanders.

In an interview with Fox Business on Thursday, Jane Sanders conceded that the Republican presidential front-runner had a point when he said Wednesday that the Vermont senator “has been very effective” against Hillary Clinton but has also “been treated very badly by the Democrats and by the Democratic Party.”

While she rejected the real-estate mogul’s advice this week for the senator to mount an independent bid, she did agree that the electoral process hasn’t been fair to her husband.

“Now, Donald Trump has a point. The electoral process, the way it’s conducted now, in both parties, is not good,” she told Fox Business’ Neil Cavuto. “It’s not Democratic. It’s not smart.”

She argued that there should be more open primaries to allow independents to vote and same-day registration to boost voter participation. The Democratic primary “would be very different” if more independents could vote, she said.

Bernie Sanders trails Hillary Clinton by more than 300 pledged delegates. But the former secretary of state’s delegate lead balloons to more than 800 when superdelegates — unbound party leaders and elected officials — are factored in.

“It doesn’t seem fair that superdelegates can play such an outsized role. We learned in a democracy it’s one person one vote — evidently not in the primary system,” Jane Sanders said, likening superdelegates to “an insurance policy for the establishment that they can [use to] make sure that the primary doesn’t go awry.”

“I think that the Republicans over the last few months have been wishing they had it as Donald Trump has moved forward, but now it looks like both parties will have to deal with the will of the people,” she added.

A statement I read another article which is true

A more "democratic style" politics? Nearly all of Bernie Sanders' big wins in the Democratic primary have been in states that do not even cast ballots to allocate their delegates, instead choosing caucuses,.........

will have to deal with the will of the people? Correct me if I'm wrong but hasn't Hillary received MORE VOTES than BS? Isn't that the WILL OF THE PEOPLE?

If anyone would be allowed to vote in a "party's" primary, on a whim, i.e., same day register, then what candidate would emerge from that vote? Hell, why not just do write ins.........why have anyone on the platform from a party run..............

the more I hear from the BS campaign the more I'm convinced I'm in the twilight zone.

The DNC might be due for some spanking on this mess............all this drama where it wasn't necessary.....now let's talk about poor judgement on their part.........I don't think it was very well thought out.

"We live in a republic, not a democracy."

I live in a Red State. I vote in the general but it's meaningless at the presidential level. And all the other levels now!

Still, we all vote because it means something to us!

Now - this is in the Constitution - am I screaming how it's corrupt and rigged?

It is just the rules we play by, and our candidate has to appeal to the most people everywhere! It is meant to be mellowing and moderating. It is intended to be pragmatic and incremental.

I live in a Red State that has been freaking out for seven years that the nation elected Barack Obama.

Can you even imagine what it would be like if we nominated a self-described socialist?

Time for these DINO's to go way!
