(15,805 posts)If he fancies himself a cook, that's great, and even if he's terrible at it, I'd still like him. I don't want to stereotype men or woman with traditional roles. Not all women like to cook, and I suspect that's true of men too. Maybe he has some favorite family recipes that someone else prepares, and that's OK too. It doesn't matter to me. Bill is great with people, maybe he might collect some of the best recipes he's eaten from all the places he's visited. I'd buy that cookbook.

(135,425 posts)He's on a diet that is "mostly vegan" and "occasionally vegetarian" and I believe he has "meat cheat" days, too. But he's definitely on that Keep Lean Health Kick, and I'll bet he'll take an opportunity--if one is offered--to push for healthy diet options.
Then again, his counterpart is "Melania" -- she doesn't look like she's baked a cookie in her life. I'll bet Bill baked more cookies in that trailer back in Arkansas than she's ever turned out!
I remember once he did a joke piece where he was on the treadmill chasing a cheeseburger--LOL!
But he doesn't do this kind of stuff anymore (or at least not very often):
