I seriously want to know if Bill Clinton will submit recipes, like other 1st Ladies do. (Original Post) LaydeeBug May 2016 OP

Hmmm... Why not! fleabiscuit May 2016 #2
I hope so. He became a Vegan after his heart trouble. I could use some new livetohike May 2016 #3
I thought he went "mostly vegetarian". I had no idea he was Vegan. nt LaydeeBug May 2016 #5
I think he would be more of a barbecue cook. I foresee Bobby Flay as an adviser. Agnosticsherbet May 2016 #4
No, that's just not right. procon May 2016 #6
Oh yea! I would buy that cookbook as well. leftofcool May 2016 #7

since everyone thinks he won't. I think our ex-POTUS is a bit of a gender bender.

If he fancies himself a cook, that's great, and even if he's terrible at it, I'd still like him. I don't want to stereotype men or woman with traditional roles. Not all women like to cook, and I suspect that's true of men too. Maybe he has some favorite family recipes that someone else prepares, and that's OK too. It doesn't matter to me. Bill is great with people, maybe he might collect some of the best recipes he's eaten from all the places he's visited. I'd buy that cookbook.

and poking fun at how that changes in light of the fact that it might be a man this time. But I'd buy that cookbook too.

He's on a diet that is "mostly vegan" and "occasionally vegetarian" and I believe he has "meat cheat" days, too. But he's definitely on that Keep Lean Health Kick, and I'll bet he'll take an opportunity--if one is offered--to push for healthy diet options.

Then again, his counterpart is "Melania" -- she doesn't look like she's baked a cookie in her life. I'll bet Bill baked more cookies in that trailer back in Arkansas than she's ever turned out!

I remember once he did a joke piece where he was on the treadmill chasing a cheeseburger--LOL!

But he doesn't do this kind of stuff anymore (or at least not very often):
