I had assumed that I would be voting for Hillary in 2016. I was not really happy about that, but she is a competent, traditional candidate and she is hands down better than any of the republican candidates. Traditionally, we get to vote on whoever the big money interests, both right and left, offer us. Then Elizabeth Warren came along. And then Bernie Sanders. We now have a candidate who espouses policy and principles, one who is not accepting the big money. I have not even been able to dream about such a possibility and I have been voting since 1964. If Bernie wins, it will be because his policies and principles match those of our people. It will NOT be because of high budget media strategy. If people vote for policies and principles, they will probably NOT vote for congressmen who vote against healthcare 50 times. This could change our obstructionist congress to one that would actually try to govern. I think Hillary could indeed defeat any of the republican clown car candidates, but she will be faced with the same obstructionist congress that has so handicapped our current president and our country will continue to drift towards its demise.

It is my hope that Bernie can enlighten teapartiers who think the government is the problem. It is the corruption of the government by corporations that is the problem.

If Bernie is in the running next spring, I will not plant at Stony Acre Farm, I will go to wherever he needs volunteers. If you truly love our country, you cannot afford to miss this(once in my life time) opportunity to really make a difference.

will you volunteer for Hillary as well? I actually don't think we are drifting toward demise with our current president and I'm sad that you do.

since 2009.. but some people don't like to give President Obama any credit.

Not sure what Bernie has gotten passed in Congress? He would have the same problem other Dems have.. but. they keep fighting and Hillary can do this.

This group is not here to promote Bernie or Warren.

Please respect our group. This group is for supporters of Hillary Clinton.

There are two groups you may wish to try. The Sanders and Warren Groups.

I am a host here and I kindly ask you to delete.

his legacy. She has Congress People and Senators Endorsing her.

Thanks to all the people who have voted all their lives to help as much as possible with regulations for Global Climate Change and keep SCOTUS as Democratic as possible.

I don't listen to those who let others carry our Democracy for them.

OT.. we have another hurricane to worry about.. we'll know by Sunday night if it's going to hit Monday or Tuesday.

If it does hit Kaua'i it will only be a Cat 2 which is a 100 mph winds..

So.. if we're lucky again like last year.. Great! But, if not.. and our electricity goes out.. you'll have a clue why I've disappeared for however long.

IOW.. it will do anything Mother Nature Feels like doing. I read last year that due to Global Climate Change that there would be more trouble, with hurricanes brewing in the Pacific, around our neck of the woods.

Just a FYI..
