(16,160 posts)...you would think those words would be easy to utter. The only reasonable thing is for Sen. Sanders to say, "I take responsibility for the actions of my staffers."

(1,307 posts)It's all about the expedience for him and his followers. I would not be at all surprised if he ran as an independent. I have never trusted him.

(297,323 posts)wouldn't surprise me if they try to blame it on Hillary, too.

Bernie is a Dem only for convenience. He currently gets all the perks that come with running as a member of OUR party -- and make no mistake, that DNC data base is a BFD that individual candidates cannot AFFORD to replicate, much less someone like Sanders the Independent from Vermont.
His campaign staffers screwed up royally, and they did it all by themselves. It's not Debbie Wasserman Schultz's doing, much less Hillary Clinton's.
Yet watch the faithful go ballistic....

I figured they go there.. it's their MO.. we've seen it for months on end.
Thanks Hekate~

Lotta burn-the-witch rhetoric towards DWS and HRC.

(3,825 posts)Disagree with what Bernie Sander's is doing regarding this breach and you get banned from their group? Not acting very adult like over there. I have respect for Bernie, but not a lot of his supporters here on DU.

Poor Bernie the victim of the mean ol' DNC.
Can you imagine if this was reversed? GD-B would be thrown shit fits.
