(1,901 posts)right wingers, those poor Berniebots are being Roved pretty good, and don't seem to be able to understand what's happening to them.
If it helps, here is a site I found through a post in the GD-P that was pounced upon and hidden by the B-bots.

You'll need a disqus registration for comment. Take a respite from the hate and vindictiveness, and mingle with some rational and level headed (for the most part) fellow progressives and coverage that doesn't have blinders on.

(15,438 posts)when President Obama didn't do what EmoProgs wanted him to do. There are precious few sites these days where you can post without having a Bernie supporter attack you with ad hominems, but TPV is one of them. It's still moderated by a no-nonsense owner/operator who makes little work of banning the ODS and now HDS gadflies.

(1,901 posts)weeks and months. They've started the "the fix is in" spin already, before a single vote has been cast, and should they win, the backlash when reality hits them will be harsh. I can't even imagine.

(3,316 posts)She and her family are rich. Big whooping deal. She was raised probably upper middle class but Bill was dirt poor.
Do people actually believe that since she is wealthy, she doesn't understand what the non-well be among us go through? I would hate to see what these people would've posted if DU was around when Kennedy was president.

(11,746 posts)Emo Progressive (or "emoprog" is a self-described liberal or progressive, often with libertarian leanings, whose political orientation is to be angry, dissatisfied and unhappy with the state of the nation at any given time, because in their view, liberal policies are not being implemented quickly or forcefully enough. They have particular contempt for Democratic presidents.
Emoprogs are ideological purists who disdain compromise and incremental change, which they see as "selling out" liberal ideas like full employment, an end to all wars, state secrets, and liberal social policy.
Emoprogs dislike Republicans but reserve their greatest disdain for Democratic presidents, whom they relentlessly attack for not meeting a set of ideological goal posts that are constantly adjusted to ensure that the president will be deemed a disappointment, "not progressive enough" or "just like a Republican" no matter what policy achievements are made.
Emoprogs routinely dismiss or ignore congress' role in making or impeding policy, believing presidents can simply "use the bully pulpit" and "fight" in order to overcome constitutional or legislative obstacles.
Emoprogs have a strong affinity for 3rd party politics as a way to punish Democratic presidents. They are especially hostile to President Obama and deem anyone who expresses a lack of ill will toward him to be "Obamabots" and enemies of liberalism.

(42,862 posts)... as soon as Hillary has enough delegates to become the nominee, OR as soon as it's mathematically clear that Bernie has no pathway to win the nomination.
It's not that I believe in "second chances" and "letting bygones be bygones" or "mending fences" (it's much to late for that, the damage has been done.) The main reason for clearing my ignore-list is that I want to be able to sit back and enjoy the show (so to speak).
It will be interesting to see which individuals on my ignore list will be adult about Bernie's loss, which ones will disappear (voluntarily) and which ones will lose their 5h1t and be forcibly removed. Heads will explode! It probably will be as messy as having a front-row seat at a Gallagher concert.
My guess is that it will be quite a sight and very entertaining! Who'd want to miss out on that spectacle? (Not I.)
Note to Jury: This is my opinion and speculation only. I haven't actually named-names or called-out any specific individuals. The reference to the prop-comedian Gallagher is to create a visual image of an uncontrolled and unpredictable mess created by his "Sledge-o-Matic" gag, and it not intended to convey any hostility or violence toward any group or individual.

(6,280 posts)... something about the low number of posts there by Clinton supporters. I told them that perhaps one of the reasons might be that a lot of us are tired of........"feeling the bern".

(6,280 posts)... what a lot of Bernie Sanders supporters remind me of. This is what I came up with. For a lot of them it seems as close to physical violence as one can get without actually being physical. It's a shame, but I have the feeling there may have been a penchant for this sort of behavior for some before the primaries even started. Hillary Clinton hatred runs long and deep.

(42,862 posts)... if I ever feel like trashing a specific thread, I'll just put that thread's poster on Full Ignore.
At first glance, such a thing seems a bit drastic ... but in the short time I've been here, it's become clear to me that the poster of a thread I'm willing to "trash" is 99.9% likely to make other similarly trashable OP's that I'd also have to trash. So, putting the poster on ignore just saves time in the long run!
The added benefit is that these folks are often the most abrasive and aggressive posters within other threads as well. So it's a big WIN-WIN all the way around!

(1,968 posts)I have to start doing that myself. Annoyance levels should drop markedly in just a few days.
Normally I'd clear my list after the Primary is over. This time, I'm thinking I'm not going to do that.

(42,862 posts)... but then I realized that it doesn't matter. Sure, it's annoying to read ... and it's frustrating to be insulted ... but it really doesn't matter. This website is a closed ecosystem that really doesn't match the reality of what people perceive and think out in the real world.
Not ONE of my friends has ever heard of this place. None of my family members has ever heard of this place. My circle of friends, family, and colleagues spans many generations, income levels, political variations, education levels, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, etc. --- and NONE of them has ever heard of this web site.
Some have said that they'll "check-it-out" when I've mentioned it to them... but when I followed-up to ask their opinion, they'd never bothered to look. This is a niche website for a very specific type of individual. It's NOT the "go-to" source for the average Joe and average Jane to learn more about politics or their candidates. (It's great fun and all, but it's no Wikipedia, and it's no Google.)
In the same way that the attacks here don't matter much, any attempts to debunk them won't matter much either. It's "entertaining" I suppose, but beyond that, it's a complete waste of time.
Hillary is doing fine BECAUSE she's a strong candidate ... not because of (and not in-spite-of) the messages posted here. Similarly, Bernie won't win the nomination BECAUSE Hillary is the better choice ... not because of (and not in-spite-of) the messages posted here.
