Hillary Clinton
Related: About this forum46,000 people participated in the Maine caucus today, a record.
Bernie did win big, and we have to credit much of the exceedingly large turnout to the many new and less frequent voters who mostly came out for him, but at the same time Hillary did well in absentee ballots especially, contributed to this, and will receive a share of the state's delegates.
The R's were crowing about their 18,000 yesterday being so huge. Ours was WAY bigger. It does bode well for the party.
Remember, if you look online and see a "vote count" in the low thousands, that is delegates to the state convention, not the raw vote totals.

(1,048 posts)Congrats to Bernie on his Maine win and to those numbers. Hoping that as the crazy gets more obvious in the Repubs it will energize Dems in November.
