Trump's lead over Cruz < Hillary's lead over Bernie in pledged delegates only.

But somehow, Trump is well on his way to the nomination, but Hillary is in trouble?

Look, it was not a great night for Hillary, but she still moved the ball a little more down the field with a small net delegate gain.

And if the Sanders people only want to talk about pledged delegates, FINE! Let's talk about that. Hillary is still clearly ahead.

Fewer delegates from each state, fewer delegates to make a majority.

If you adjust proportionately, however, Hillary's lead on the GOP side would be 112 delegates, greater than Trump's 99. So you're right.
