9. The reason MO hasn't yet been called with 93% in
Wed Mar 16, 2016, 12:04 AM
Mar 2016

is that most of Bernie's areas have reported in and most of the votes to be counted are in St. Louis and KC where HRC is leading. The question is if it's enough for her to overcome his current 1.7% lead.

As of 12:10 AM EST, here's what we have

Bernie is up 4,779 votes.

The ONLY votes outstanding.

40 precincts in St. Louis County - Hillary is currently up about 10% here.
95 precincts in St. Louis City - Hillary is currently up about 11% here.
34 precincts in Jackson County - Hillary is up about 8% here.

That's all that's left. Everything else is reported. This is going to be so close.

And the lead narrowed further.

Bernie is up 2,285 votes.

Still some votes left in Jackson and St. Louis Counties. Those have been big winners for Hillary, but this could literally come down to 100 votes.

Mar 2016

If the trend continues in St. Louis and Jackson Counties in terms of vote shares with the outstanding precincts, Hillary would net roughly 2,000 votes out of those counties, so that's just short of the current difference.

Of course, votes don't come in uniform so it won't be exactly 2,000. We're literally going to have to wait for every vote to be counted.

be a recount in a normal election, but since it actually doesn't matter who wins a state, I don't know if they'll bother this time.

The outstanding vote in St. Louis County were more pro-Hillary than the rest of St. Louis County. And the only outstanding vote is in a pro-Hillary county. I think we're going to do this!

29. So, the current state of affairs
Wed Mar 16, 2016, 12:45 AM
Mar 2016

Hillary is up 1,199 votes.

1 precinct is out in St. Louis County.
34 precincts in Jackson County.

Both are heavily pro-Hillary counties. Hard to see Sanders making up the ground...BUT (there's always a but)

There is a possibility that the remaining precincts are Bernie leaning precincts in Hillary counties. With margins this close, anything is possible.

which is Kansas City.

Hillary's lead slightly down, now at 1,122 votes.

But only 20 precincts left in Jackson County. There is still 1 random precinct apparently out in St. Louis County.

Jackson County is all in. Hillary is up 1,321.

I see one precinct left. St. Louis County has 532 of 533 precincts. Everything else in Missouri looks in.
