Here we go again. And again. And again.

This is showing up from Sanders supporters. I'm seething more than a little, given the wide debunking the idea has received in the legal community. But it's not stopping them from spreading it. Take a look. I'm heading off to a couple appointments, looking forward to seeing your responses. Egad.

Do I Really Need to Worry About Hillary’s Emails? Yes. She Will Be Indicted.

So let’s say we accept that there is likely at least a few emails (State Department claims there are 22) that contain highly sensitive information.

**Did she violate a federal law for retaining classified information on an unclassified, insecure private email server?**

This part is an ongoing investigation, so I’m asserting what I believe the arguments the two sides are making in their legal war rooms based on the information that’s been reported.

As a technical matter, I’m presenting the arguments as Clinton vs FBI, although it would really be Clinton vs. Department of Justice in a court. I think these are the legal simulations that the FBI will construct in creating a recommendation to the Department of Justice to pursue an indictment.

I wouldn't justify stuff like that with a response. It's best ignored, IMO. CalvinballPro Mar 2016 #1

A bunch of sound and fury signifying nothing, especially if it's only being spread online. Maybe in 20-30 years, a majority of people will get their news from online and social media. That day is not here yet, nor is it even close.

EDIT: And WordPress is basically like the old GeoCities, but for blogging. No barrier to entry, no cost to maintain, and any rando can post whatever they want to pretend is "news."

Some people are obsessed in their Hillary hatred, parsing her every word, wink and smile over the last 30 years. It's better for your health if you can ignore them.
