and I have no problem with his self-defining as a Democratic Socialist. I believe Trump is a self-defining Capitalist.

from the Rockefellers, nor do they want a political Revolution….

He says he's a Social Democrat because he doesn't have the guts to say what kind of Socialist he really is.

Yet he has lived his whole life healthily and to his seventies in the US--not a socialist country, so he may have yearnings and beliefs, but what has he done in actual practice?

European countries are, and so is the United States. It's also the platform for the Democratic Party.

Democratic Socialist = Socialist: Democratic socialism is a political ideology advocating political democracy and democratic control of a socialist economic system. It thus combines political democracy with social ownership of the major means of production. Sometimes used synonymously with "socialism", the adjective "democratic" is often added to distinguish itself from the Marxist-Leninist brand of socialism, which is widely viewed as being non-democratic.

A Democratic Socialist rejects any form of capitalism.

Social Democracy = is a political ideology that supports economic and social interventions to promote social justice within the framework of a capitalist economy, and a policy regime involving collective bargaining arrangements, a commitment to representative democracy, measures for income redistribution, regulation of the economy in the general interest and welfare state provisions.
