Canvassed in the rain today for several hours. HRC ROOM

Today I was in Bensonhurst and I am amazed how much the neighborhood has changed in the past 20 years. Growing up it was almost exclusively Italian but now the area has a large number of Chinese and Middle Eastern families.

I had a good reception and Hillary appears to be winning the area. The pattern in southern Brooklyn has been the same as in other states with the generational divide. But southern, central, and eastern Brooklyn are demographically older while the trendy neighborhoods of northwestern Brooklyn tends to be much younger.

New York is going to go big for Hillary but the bigger the better. You guys are going to be the ones to finish off Bernie for good. I think Hillary can take the state with 20% and that would nail Sanders' coffin shut!

I live in Colorado, so we no longer are a factor in the nomination campaign. But your state is extremely important. Thank you for all of your hard work. Please continue to let us know how things are going.
