voters who cast ballots for Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (Vt.) and left the rest of their ballots blank

I support Hillary Clinton but have have maintained all along that I love Bernie's ideas, but this is the kind of thing that is sure to sabotage all that he stands for

2. I think the problem is that Bernie has his followers thinking they are on a crusade of some sort
Fri Apr 8, 2016, 08:28 AM
Apr 2016

With that kind of thinking, they give themselves permission to do all the kinds of bullying and other shit they do on line and other places.

Nothing matters but to elect Bernie.

Screw down ticket Dems.

Some of Bernie's votes could be repubs wanting him in the general so they can defeat him. Still we would be more prepared for the general id he would have stayed out.

They think they have a revolution. The real test as to whether they are serious is not if Sanders is elected but rather what they do when he loses.

6. They don't seem to realize that without getting some of the down ticket Dems elected,

Bernie would not be able to get any of his ideas through Congress. Short sighted thinking on their part.

3. Bernies campaign rests on one sketchy premise
Fri Apr 8, 2016, 08:28 AM
Apr 2016

That he will get congress to pass legislation enacting his sketchy plans. And yet, while Clinton has raised tens of millions of dollars to help elect down ticket Democrats, Bernie has not shared one thin dime out of his record fundraising to try to elect a more favorable Congress.

considering his entire plan for the Presidency relies 100% on a more favorable Congress!

7. He never stood for anything more than rhetoric

Always being an outsider and never being part of the team.

BSers themselves are mostly uninformed single issue voters. They don't bother understanding the primary process or voting restrictions in their states and don't have a clue who the other candidates are.

Sad state of citizenship - misinformation or uninformed.

8. not quite how I feel

I like Bernie and he has been a great Mayor/Representative/Senator for Vermont... it is his supporters that concern me...

I love Bernie's ideals but I don't believe that many of his followers (not to say that some don't) understand that Revolution takes long, difficult, commitment and strategy that includes working just as hard to get like minded people into lesser offices... AND not giving up at the first sign not everything is going their way (much like many Obama supporters did 6 years ago)

I trust that Hillary will be the best President (of all running right now) we can have right now... I have always called myself a 'socialist', vote Democratic and do all that I can, to bring about positive change... merely electing one man will not a revolution make... it takes the power of great numbers of people working together and right now Bernie supporters are not proving themselves to be understanding of that fact

10. Well that solves the question asked the other day about who did and didnt vote in the judicial race

And I agree that it is directly connected to Sanders rhetoric.
And WI will be stuck with a horrible judge on the court for 10 years.
