the Glorious Bolivarian Revolution, be happy! Univision had a segment last night on the appaling conditions in the University Hospital of Caracas - in addition to equipment so old and dirty that it looks like it was taken staight out of a landfill, there are virtually no medicines for many of the patients. The physicians are on strike because of the incredible lack of physical security in the hospital. The pictures were so like Cuban hospitals as to be uncanny.
