They also seem to be paying a lot of attention to Brazil, Paraguay, and Mexico as well. Don't know what any of it means except probably a get rich quick scheme but seems it has something to do with their obsession with Iran. They can't ever quit talking about them. My sense is they aren't happy with a lot of the Southern America countries and for some reason I'm reminded of TPP. FWIW.
