Bolivia Reduces Illiteracy Rate

La Paz, Dec 25 (Prensa Latina) Bolivia reduced the illiteracy rate from 13.28 to 2.94 percent in a little less than 10 years, ratified Ramiro Tolaba, general director of Post-Illiteracy Campaign.

"This is an extraordinary achievement and a work that will stay for the history of Bolivia as a success of the government of the president Evo Morales, who managed to reduce in 10,34 per cent the valuation of illiteracy in little more than nine years ",highlighted Tolaba to the press.

The official ststed that only a government as that of Morales, focused in transforming the history for the sake of the big majorities, can reach an exploit how are you.

"This wants to say, he added, that for every 100 Bolivians scarcely approximately three persons can neither read nor write."
