I was posting pictures of every city he visited but it was getting tiresome. I will probably do it a bit more before O7 but yeah it's crazy.

Capriles owns Twitter and Facebook. The Chavista presence on both sites is rather mediocre at best. People will claim that it's because the poor don't have internet. Yet this Venezuela Analysis article claims that Chavez joining Twitter shows a very high penetration of internet users in Venezuela. I guess they want it both ways.

that said a poll showed Capriles with a substantial lead over Chavez. Don't know what poll is was, nor how reliable but Univision News has usually had a good track record.

have to look for that poll as I could be wrong. But I suspect that Chavez will "win" with a sizeable margin. Even if Capriles really does win if you know what I mean, or even if its close. I don't think Chavez and his minions would allow a different result.

I don't think Chavez and his military will allow someone else to be elected. Too bad for Venezuela.

If he wins the vote the MUD will announce the vote and like the Muslim Brotherhood did, post the results online. If there ground game is that good then the administration will have a lot of weaseling to do.

While a military junta is a full (and even reasonable) possibility there will certainly be one or two generals who know that unrest for the entire country is not a good thing and they could choose the side of the opposition.

Civil war? I don't know.

But if Capriles wins (I give it a 50-50 chance) then I will be watching these forums like a hawk as the hypocrites come out of the woodwork.
