Maduro threatens social networks with "a surprise" in the coming days

"The president, Nicolás Maduro, offered a press conference Tuesday from the Ayacucho Hall of the Miraflores Palace to international media. In his opening speech, he sent a greeting to the world's journalists and congratulated the new governors-elect on Sunday, October 15.
